I’m giving it two stars because they are very comfortable and the threading is nice, but I don’t think these a real titanium. I had them in for a week then started to get irritated my nipples started hurting and got swollen. I change back to my original implant grade titanium Jewelry and my nipples got better overnight. If you’re looking for something cute to wear, these are definitely cute, but I wouldn’t recommend them for long-term use. ... show more
