First, to correct an error in the instructions on this page - when the light turns red indicating the filter needs to be replaced, the directions say to press the "light" button. Nope, you have to long press the "filter" button on the left side. Figured it out since it seemed pretty obvious that the filter button looks like a filter and pressing the light button didn't work! As for the purifier itself, the filter was brown and dirty and obviously functioning when I replaced it. The air speed is good and the room air kind of feels a little fresher. But how would we know for sure just how effective it is? I guess some people who are relieved of allergies, etc. might have more to say about this than me. I got it for my 82 year old mom with dementia. I primarily wanted to have the air in her room refreshed, so cool there. I also know that she likes when things are done with her in mind. It helps the dementia, it makes her happy and it sure isn't hurting anything, though she was a little concerned to see the red light even though I told her that was going to happen - she forgets, after all! I reset the light and she's good. Filter replacements aren't entirely cheap but they're not bad, either. The unit looks good. Seems to circulate well. Pleased overall. ... show more

This little machine is fantastic. We have noticed that the aroma feature is minimal. I placed an air freshener next to it and that solution works extremely well. We can only tolerate level 1 circulation. Level 2 is loud. Level 3 is unnecessary, even as a sound machine level 3 is too loud.

If you have bad allergies this product is a must! I immediately noticed the difference when I woke up in the morning. Not congested or with a sinus headache. I also noticed that my symptoms came back once the filter needed to be replaced. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

They haven't been turned off since Poland started is supper quite when put on zzz at night but a little loud for high speed.
