I lived and traveled in the Mediterranean and I can tell that this olive oil has the rich smell and flavor that you find in that part of the world. I prefer to drizzle this on salads and my breakfast bowls as it enhances the quality of eating experience. I like that the pour is such that prevents overuse to get more out of your bottle.
