If you like the ADG DNA, then you'll probably like this one too, but it has poor performance for its price. I'm not the biggest fan of this one compared to the other flankers in this line. It's sweeter, but somewhat forgettable. I don't see myself reaching for this very often.

I, too, ordered the 3.3 oz size all the way back on April 9th. I waited 20 days (!!!) for it to arrive and when it was delivered, it was only the 1 oz size. Amazon refunded me for the purchase, so I'm thankful I bought it from a company with great customer service. The scent itself is nice, though I don't like it as much as the Profondo Eau de Parfum. It is very pleasant.

As someone who has worn the original Acqua di Giò for years, I was genuinely excited to try this Intense version, and it did not disappoint. This feels like a more mature, refined take on a fragrance I already loved. Right from the first spray, you get that familiar freshness, but it’s quickly layered with something deeper and more grounded. The bergamot and aquatic notes are still there, but now they sit alongside warm woody and ambery tones that give it a richness the original never quite had. The best way I can describe it is this: wearing it feels like standing where the forest meets the sea. Fresh, clean air with a darker, more sophisticated edge. This has quickly become my evening signature scent. It’s perfect for date nights, dinners, or anytime you want something a bit more elevated than a typical daytime fragrance. My wife immediately noticed it and loves it, which is always the real test. Longevity is excellent. I still catch hints of it hours later, and it projects well without being overpowering. It strikes that perfect balance where people notice it when they’re close, but it never fills a room in an overwhelming way. The bottle design also deserves a mention. The gradient black glass with the weighted base feels substantial and looks great on the counter. It has that understated luxury you expect from Armani. If you’ve been a fan of the original, this is an easy upgrade for evenings and cooler weather. It keeps the DNA you love but adds depth, warmth, and presence. Absolutely a five star addition to the lineup.
