I bought this scope for a new varmint rifle I recently purchased. Ground squirrels out to 400 yards and this scope has made a perfect match with my rifle. Just under 500 rounds and it has performed flawlessly. The reticle is clear and crisp. Tracking has been consistent, repeatable, and accurate. It's a big, heavy, a monster of a scope. Build quality is very good. Finish is very good. Price is very good. If you are looking for a good First Focal Plane scope at a price that won't start a divorce then look long and hard at this one. I have absolutely no regrets with my purchase.

I tried this scope after watching many reviews. I tend to be an optics snob but figured I would try it out. The scope has wonderful clarity easy to set up zero stops no outer ring distortion at distance and a really good reticle. It has held zero through around 100 rounds of 308 out of a bolt action rifle. I will also add I like how just the dead center is illuminated not the entire cross hair. I will be ordering another. Also the adjustments are very tactile and positive with a good audible click.

I did a lot of researching before deciding on this particular model. I went with this because of the Japanese glass and it is well worth it. I am indifferent about illuminated reticles but this scope has a unique feature where every other click of the turn stock is an off position so that you do not have to turn it completely back around to turn it off. The zero stop feature is nicer than other low budget scopes because it can all be adjusted on the turn stocks (I have not owned but have seen some that you have to apart to set). Overall, awesome scope and happy with my purchase.

For the money, this scope hits way above its paygrade! Clear optics with repeatable tracking and return to zero. I currently have this on a 7 SAUM, and can easily hit a 15inch plate(if I do my part)

This is an incredible scope at a very reasonable price point. I mounted it on a Ruger American Predator in 6.5 Creedmoor using an Arken Optics Rigid Performance scope mount. This replaced a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12-44 second focal plane scope and the difference is amazing. The glass is very clear even at the higher magnification levels with very little chromatic distortion at the higher levels. The turrets are very tactile, smooth, and adjustments are audible. The magnification and parallax adjustment rings are very smooth. The elevation turret has a zero stop. I opted for the mrad turrets and the VPS mrad reticle. The turrets track perfectly. The eye box relief is a bit tight but it is not really an issue for me. Some buyers commented that the scope is a bit heavy but since I target shoot that isn’t an issue for me. This scope hits far above its price point and rivals scopes costing hundreds of dollars more. If you are looking for a great scope at a reasonable price, you must check out the Arken Optics SH4J GEN II 6-24-50 FFP scope.
