The pants look like they are great quality. Amazon recommended a size Medium but ended up being too small. So I have to return the product. All would have been ok, but Amazon’s site said there was free returns. This is not the case! Customer has to pay for return shipping, and the only free part of the return process is there is not a restocking fee (Vendor is Adams Horse Supplies). This is confirmed by the vendor. Comfortable wearing all day at the barn and in the saddle. I ordered LG. I'm 5'11" and they do feel a bit short in the rise, pulling down at the waistband. Leg length to ankle is great! Overall, I would recommend for all day wear, durability and grip in saddle.

These are very light and are like work out leggings for horse back riding. I love the compression and the silicon. The ventilation in the legs is very nice for under boot or chaps.

Not realizing Amazon sells these in the fun summer opal blue color I wanted, I got them off of the Ariat website. I'm 5'2", 100 lbs, and XS fits perfectly. After two rides in them, one being in 90 degree weather, I can say they're going to be my go-to's for hot summer riding. They also receive a lot of compliments. I wish the vented mesh ran higher up the outer leg into the outer thigh region. Tall boots/half chaps cover up most of the vented leg mesh region. I take my chaps/boots off right after my rides and my legs couldn't be more happier as they get to breathe. If Ariat ever re-designs these with more ventilation mesh holes up the outer leg/thigh- i'll be first in line to get them! The 'ARIAT' label stickers along the side survived the first wash and I'm crossing fingers they'll stick on for many more washes to come. They don't feel entirely durable but they look great so far. ... show more
