First I didn't take the reviews too seriously and I wish I had. But glad I didn't listen either. First I have a thin perfect size 9 foot. These are so small I can't get my foot in them. I am using a boot stretching foot and spray to even try to get my foot inside. The shift that meets the lower boot is funky. I wish i ordered 1/2 to one size bigger. I will say though these are cute as hell. The quality is beautiful. I will continue to do whatever I can to get these to work for me. ... show more

    • Manufacturer design flaw!

The boot has a manufacturing flaw. The side piping on the inside of the boot is raw, hard, sticks out and unlined. It makes putting these boots on impossible, painful and literally injurious if you try! I bought size 7 and 7.5 and both are torture attempting to put on. I gave e up. Sad because they are so pretty. These boots cut the top of my foot when I tried to put them on, they were so tight I could hardly squeeze my foot in them. I have the exact same style in exact same size in a different color and they fit perfectly. I was very disappointed because I had been eyeing this color for a while.
