I ended up sending it back because they sent me the brown ones instead of patriots, I am kinda thankful now. I put them on and they felt cheap almost like plastic. Could have been just where they were new, I ended up getting Durango Frontiers.

These are some nice boots. I broke them in for a week and they fit perfectly. They were just a tad to tight in the instep so I used some Foot matters shoe stretch just in that area and put on 2 pairs of socks for a few hours and now there perfect. I did measure my feet with a tape measure and then went to the Ariat website to the boot fit guide. My foot measured 10-1/4 inches long and 4-1/6 wide. That called for a boot size of 9-W. That's what I ordered and they fit great. So the boots are true to size. I wear a size 10 in regular shoes so measure your foot to get an accurate fit. ... show more

These are a really good looking pair of boots. My foot is between a regular and wide. I ordered a pair of ramblers in 11.5 Wide and now that they have broken in are just a touch too big. I ordered these in an 11.5 Regular. Initially I thought I would have to return them as they were very tight in my feet. I decided instead to stretch them with a technique I learned on youtube. I gently stretched them to speed up the break in period and they are now extremely comfortable. I wear them almost every day. The Ramblers are now my yard work/woodshop boot. (I may invest in a pair in 11.5 regular In the future because they are a handsome boot.) All in all, I am very happy with the boots. I recommended them to a friend and he purchased a pair of Ariats as his first western boot also. I would recommend going to a western shop and being properly fitted rather than going through a trial and error process. Luckily, amazon makes it very easy to return and exchange items. ... show more

I’ve been buying the same boot for more than 5 years. Comfortable for daily use at work. It’s a simple comfy boot that I would definitely recommend. Only issue is that now the leather is different which I was not expecting. Didn’t end up using them for work but now I have another pair of boots to go out.
