I purchased these Ariat boots from Amazon because I was looking for quicker delivery and an easier way to return them if necessary. Thankfully, there wasn't a need to return them, as the boots were perfect. The quality and construction of the boot was superb, the fit was true and accurate, and they are extremely comfortable right out of the box. I've wore these twice in the summertime heat, and the VentTek works as advertised, as my feet stayed relatively cool, and you can occasionally feel a fresh breeze passing through the top of the boot. These boots are a great value for your money. They are durable, comfortable, waterproof, ease to use, and pretty scratch resistance for a teenage boy. My boys are hard on their boots and they last well over a year with everyday use.
