These boots have great traction, hold up well, and are extremely comfortable. I have several different brands of boots that I can wear, but I typically find myself going for these most of the time. The quality is very good and I’ve had no problems with the leather or the construction of the boot. I have been wearing western style boots since I was 14 years old I’m 74 now. Justin boots Moonwalker hand made boots Nocuna boots. First thing for long life on any shoe or boot make sure feet are sized right. I was walking out of my boots in year because they weren’t sized right. My first pair of sized right boots were Nocuna boots this was because he took the time to size my feet they lasted 4 years resoled 2 times (leather soles don’t wear as long) I now wear Ariat boots my first pair Ariat Roper style in Jan 2015 I replaced them with same boot in May 2019. Then in April 2022 I purchased Ariat men’s Groundbreaker Wide Square Toe Work Boots I have to say these are the most comfortable boots for all day wear I have ever worn bar none. I should say when I had the Moonwalker Boots made on a 8.5 EE boot jack so I only ordered boots in that size. They aren’t hardly any shoe repair shops now my Moonwalker Boots were resoled 4 time made right with perfect fit quality leather something you hardly see anymore. ... show more

My husband asked me to find him a pair of boots so I hopped on Amazon and filtered out things that he was looking for by asking him about his preferences, there weren’t much options that popped up after and most of them were ridiculous designs, this one was nice, I sent him a picture and he definitely wanted them. We ordered them and they got here within a day or so (prime). They’re good quality boots, easy to put on, very comfortable. The wide vs normal I think were the width options, I read reviews that these tend to run large, and my husband doesn’t have wide feet so we went with normal or whatever the not wide option was. They were still pretty roomy but he needed to get more boot socks and that helped a lot, I recommended he get inserts for them and he seemed to think that was a good idea, not sure if he ever did though. My husband wears size 10 in regular shoes, I think we were between getting size 11 or 10.5 (because the difference for boot sizes) I believe we went with 10.5 because of the reviews about them running large, I believe my husband said he could have gone half a size or a size down but when I asked if he wanted to return them for a different size he said no way lol. He loves them and they seem very durable, and good quality. Just make sure you pay attention to the size and maybe get thick boot socks/inserts if need be. Worked for us. ... show more

The durability style and quality the airat always has the fit is a little snug but as with any quality leather boot, they’re gonna be slightly stiff and a little bit tight to start with get some mink oil and a boot stretcher and work with it. It will take some time to break in, but my other pair has lasted three years. You will put them on and think I know these are entirely too small but you can’t get these broken in. You get good traction on a slip resistant boot, and the leather is nice and thick where it matters and they’re stylish. Lol ... show more

second pair in a year. suppose to be a work boot but this boot lasted 3 months before the bottom of the boot starts separating. will not buy again. for the price I would expect better. My first pair made it about 9 months before the toe started separating.

I've been considering buying square toe cowboy-style work boots for a while as I love the style and wanted something for every day wear out and about (not for a work site). I considered these and another brand on Amazon and after reading countless reviews, figured I needed to take the leap and get them. The price was right (less than $100). Numerous reviews said these boots run 1/2 to 1 full size large, which was one of the biggest things that held me back from purchasing initially. My feet tend to run a men's size DM11 (normal width) in Salomon, Adidas, Asics, etc. I figured I should err on the side of 1 full size down, so I ordered DM10. Once they arrived, I found them to fit very snug around the arch and top of my foot (which one reviewer described as "giving your arch a firm handshake", which supposedly is how they're supposed to fit). This wasn't uncomfortable, per se, but I figured once the boots broke in, they'd fit about as perfectly as one could hope for. I wore them around for a couple of days, and LITERALLY, couldn't be more pleased with these boots! They're incredibly comfortable to walk and stand in for extended periods of time. They look absolutely fantastic! To say it simply, I'm thrilled with this purchase. I care for my clothing and footwear, and expect these to last a good long time. ... show more
