Ariat advertises a 90 day return policy on their boots. But only if purchased directly from Ariat. I tried returning a pair of unworn in the box with all tags still attached with original receipt showing shipped directly from Ariat International well within the 90 day limit . Ariat assigned a return case number to do some kind of so called investigation. Their claim is that they do not recognize the order number that is printed on their own issued receipt .
