Ariat advertises a 90 day return policy on their boots. But only if purchased directly from Ariat. I tried returning a pair of unworn in the box with all tags still attached with original receipt showing shipped directly from Ariat International well within the 90 day limit . Ariat assigned a return case number to do some kind of so called investigation. Their claim is that they do not recognize the order number that is printed on their own issued receipt . Just opened the box to check the boots and the right boot looks like it has been worn and has scuff marks down the entire right inside of the boot. These were supposed to be a Christmas gift but now I'm OUT OF LUCK.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with these boots. After 5 hours of wearing these on Christmas Day this is what these boots looked like! I have emailed the seller and got no response.
