I bought these boots because I play in a classic country band and wanted something with the “look” but to still be comfortable for standing for long periods throughout the night. These boots totally exceeded my expectations. They arrived nicely packaged just a few minutes before I was leaving for a gig one evening so I tried them on right away hoping to be able to wear them that night. They fit perfectly and felt great right out of the box. True to size! I wore them at the gig and they looked fantastic and performed superbly. Pure comfort all night long! Absolutely no break in was needed. They have been great ever since. Purchased in black, which is more of a flat black (not shiny) which I like. I like these so much I am going to order another pair in brown.

Great fit, style and comfort. I walk to and from work every day and am on my feet in front of the public. So looking good is as important as comfort. Love that this style is easy to get on and off. Will be purchasing other colors of the same boot.

I received this boots new, I love the look. I purchased these boots to wear with a tighter more tapered pant. This will be the reason they only get 4/5 stars. The boots are comfy to walk in, I work in an office with an occasional dirty job, so style and comfort are most important. The only draw back is the nylon fabric on the sides could be a little tighter, the tops are not as snug to my ankle as i would like. I have normal size ankles for a 6'6" former offensive lineman, so I do not think it is due to my ankles being small. Other than that, the boots are good looking, very comfortable, and the price is not bad. Looks like they would be good for a night on the town, or for some less than lethal work boots. Edit: It's been a few months, and I like these boots so much I have ordered a second pair. I ordered a size smaller, these will be my wearing out boots while the old ones will remain my work boots.
