The pulsing air actually leads to a whole different form or orgasm and for me it was more intense thatn any of the others I have tried. It makes the Octopuss seem like a Model A compared to a Ferrari. It takes a little time to figure out the best placement, angle, and pressure to use, but when I did it was WOW!!! I have tried multiple devices from flesh light, Autoblow, wands with attachments, to the Octopuss (which is 2nd place now) and this is the top of the line. This device also allows orgasms for those of us who are older and don't always get the rock hard status of our youth. The device noise varies quite a bit depending on whether you penis cover the air vent completely or not. There is a setting for it to run constantly or only when covered. Covered it goes from the noise of a loud fan to a standard massager. If it runs uncovered, at the highest it sounds like a hammer drill. It has a 8 levels of intensity but no patterns. It doesn’t need them. I have never failed to have a orgasm at the lowest intensity level and on high I dare you to see how long you can last. Super easy to disassemble, clean, and dry. Nice combo storage case cleaner. You will need at least 2.5 inches of length to the frenulum (underside of the penis just at the base of the head) for it to be effective. Arcwave would be wise to make a shorter version for men with shorter lengths or who are growers and have difficulty getting full erections. Somewhat expensive but highly recommended for the toy chest!

The device was supposed to come precharged. It wasn't. After fully charging, the device would last around 5 minutes before just getting hot and barely rumbling at all. The included lube was covered in white powder and the label was faded, and the sleeve i bought in a bundle ripped before the first use and felt brittle. I'll edit this review with more details about the device itself when purchased from the arcwave amazon store directly once I know more.

Packaging was torn up when I received it like it had been thrown off a cliff. It looked nice, and it turned on, but it WON'T TURN OFF. The button hold does not turn it off. I've tried everything from silent mode etc. Only way it turned off was plugging it in which is extremely inconvenient considering how obnoxiously loud it is. I would not trust this product or buy it. FTC involvement may be necessary if it goes unresolved.
