I have lived in Colorado my whole life, and have been an avid skier for many of those years. Now, I mostly use snow pants to play with my 5-year-old son in the snow. Regardless, these pants are amazing! As a tall woman (5'11"), I've dealt with ski pants that are either too short, look like men's pants, or a combination of both my entire life! This is the first pair of ski pants I've owned that looks cute like a woman's pair and is ACTUALLY long enough! I got the medium (33 inseam) and weigh around 138 pounds. They're a little loose but I like them that way so I can layer underneath. The waist is adjustable, too. They seem warm and to be well made. I haven't tried them in the snow yet, so I'll update then. If you're tall like me, just buy them!!! I can't believe they're purple, too! Cute snow pants for tall girls in a color other than black? I'm not kidding!

Love love love these pants! However, I did have to return my first pair for a size up. I'm 5'6'' and about 140 lb. I would usually wear medium for everything else, but these just fit really tight in the hip area-like it was hard to move in them, and I got them for snowboarding. But overall these pants are amazing. They are very secure in the waist, and have a lot of area in the legs to layer underneath. They are also long which I love-they came down past my ankles. Very warm and feel like good quality. I would recommend these.

Fitting a little bigger than anticipated on hip area. Waist was true to size and does have velcro straps for adjusting for size, breathable material, comfortable and warm, waist adjustable for non petite woman. When tried on noticed some of the buttons were poorly sewn. Returned this product right away.

I am 4'11, 110 lbs, with pretty short legs and torso. I expected that an x-small would fit me perfectly but I ordered a size small in these pants because I wanted to be able to have room under to layer a bit. They just came and the waist come way up above my bellybutton. The hips are kinda large along with the waist. A belt seems to be holding it in place right now. I think I'm going to exchange for the extra small. Besides the fit I actually like the pants. They're very thick and warm and the 4 pockets are great (you know us girls aren't used to good sized pockets on jeans -__-). I really like these pants and I'm excited to use them for mid-January Catskill weather! I'll update this review on their performance then. UPDATE: I returned the small and got an x-small instead. This was a great idea for me because the waist fits a lot snugger, they're shorter, and the hips fir perfect. Although it's a smaller and more perfect fit, I still had no problems layering underneath. I was able to wear thermal leggings and thin sweatpants under. In terms of quality, these are absolutely great. I was outside for several hours at a time in teens weather and snow. With my layering, I was never cold; actually, I started sweating a bit with all the moving around. The pockets are all a great size. They're easily washable. My only slight issue was that the snaps in the front undid themselves very easily; and once they did, so did the zipper. I had to wear a belt because anytime I sat down or bent over the snaps popped right open. But it wasn't a huge deal because I had so many layers on top that my sweaters held the pants up anyway. Overall, I'm really really happy with my purchase. This is great quality for a great price and it's great to know I got these for $30 and change while other paid $60-$80 for the same quality with other brands. I can't wait to have a chance to use them again and I HIGHLY recommend these for anyone looking for a warm, waterproof, comfortable pair of snow pants.

These are so great! I used the size guide and they are nice and roomy but warm, super heavy duty. Great pockets. Guard against those strong winter winds! Outside fabric is thick and strong and heavy duty. Not like the snow pants I had as a kid.

I really want to love these, and I do but mostly don't. They are definitely warm and waterproof. I recently wore them in Colorado for snowmobiling and dog sledding. I had on thermal leggings underneath. I'm 5 foot tall and the 27-inch inseam was perfect. I was not walking on my pants all day long. These were very wide legged though. I did order them too big and that was my fault. I just wasn't sure with underclothes on. These are very short waisted. Huge gap in the back. They also fit me quite bulky. The very first time I put them on, one of the buttons broke clear off. The pants were far from being tight, so it wasn't that at all. I was just trying to button them, and it just came right off. Luckily there are 2 buttons so at least they still stayed on. I did like having the cargo pockets. These did serve their purpose for the day, but I think I'll shop around for my next adventure.

I’m a Large overall in everything I wear I was reading the reviews and decided to go UP a size (XL). I literally got them delivered 10min ago and I loved them! The inseam was ‘31 on the XL. They fit nicely and comfortable. A bit loose on the waist but with the belt pulls on the side it was comfortable. Still might wear a belt for a tighter feel but otherwise I’m so happy with my purchase. Hope this helps!

I have used these for a few ski days now and they are great for the price. Enough insulation for days on the mountain with temps in the upper 20's to upper 30's with only a thin base layer/leggings. Haven't had any days colder than that yet, but I'm sure with a little more layering underneath, they would be just fine in much colder temps. My only complaint is the closure system. The Velcro on the inside seems unnecessary and is a bit annoying, and I would prefer a snap over the slide closures (idk what they are called), but that's just my preference. The Velcro tighteners on the sides dont seem to do a lot, but they help a little.
