You can choose different sound options: ocean sounds aquarium bubbles piano music The first aquarium video shows the most colorfull and bright coral reef and tropical fish I have ever seen.     • Peaceful, Relaxing, Rich & Vibrant
This DVD was the first I purchased of several from the Ambient Collection. I was introduced to this DVD when my husband was in the hospital following an accident where he sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury. He was not able to watch TV but he was able to watch this DVD that was playing in his room. It was very relaxing to him and he particularly liked the vibrant colors of the fish. There are four separate aquariums to view. On the first, you have a choice of waves or waves and music for the background. On the last three, you have more options to choose from - there is mixed music and sea, calm sea, piano music, piano and waves, and beach sounds. Our preference is the piano music. I would describe it as very peaceful, soothing, relaxing and beautiful. It goes along well with the fish and their slow graceful movements. We also put this DVD on when we have company and turn off all sounds. We find people can’t take their eyes off the screen – it is so mesmerizing. I highly recommend this DVD as a way to unwind at the end of a stressful day. ... show more

    • Mesmerizing and hypnotic!
I put this in the DVD player for the first time & literally zoned out for over an hour watching it. The water is crystal clear & colors are bright. There are many varied colors & types of fish. There are small shrimp & large clams in the foreground. Numerous beautiful anemones. The corals are spectacular. It has an option of scanning slowly through a tank or staying on 1 of 4 different tanks. You can play with music (calm music or piano music) & waves or each alone. Also, you can play with just beach sounds in the background. It is extremely relaxing with the music & waves together. Was not as beautiful on my 780pi 32 inch screen, but was absolutely spectacular on my 42 inch 1080pi TV. ... show more

    • Best aquarium DVD I've seen
Good selection of fish, coral etc; clear and good though slightly over bright colour.; nice amount of movement; merges from one view to another smoothly; long enough that the looping is not obtrusive. On the downside there could be even more variety such as shrimp or seahorses. Mainly though it is scaled for a computer screen rather than a television where the fish are unnaturally large so it doesn't really look like an aquarium.
