This is not typically a product I would write a review for. I mean it is just a repair item, right? Well I have been SO IMPRESSED with this product that I had to write a review. This was purchased to repair a brand new paddleboard. The board was tied to the back of our boat and apparently the wind was repeatedly pushing it under a metal bracket which rubbed a spot in the board. It wasn't through the fiberglass or anything, but it was a brand new board! and it was already leaking air. It worked so well to repair the board that I decided to try something crazy. Our sailboat has really nice fenders that match. They run $115 each. Once had a hole torn in it and it would not inflate. It wasn't just a little hole, but rather a two inch long gash. I washed the fender really well and let it dry completely. I used the PVC repair and let it sit for a full day. I then gently pumped it up and it held! I waited a day and inflated it to full size and it continues to hold air today. This little tube has saved us over $800 in replacement costs alone in only two jobs and we still have plenty left. I have an inflatable hot tub and have tried over 5 attempts to patch because of course these inflatables always seem to bust at a seam! This thing actually worked and prevented me from ruining the ozone by burning this plastic overheated mini-pool

Easy to follow instructions. Easy to use. Would probably work great on low pressure PVC items but did not handle the high pressure in our inflatable stand up paddle board. Unknown to me, it is not returnable to Amazon even though it did not work.

    • The only one that worked!
My Intex Salu-spa is saved!!! This stuff is the only one that worked. I had purchased several other products on Amazon that promised to repair holes in vinyl. I tried the glue on patches I tried the tape and I was about to give up and throw away my inflatable spa when I decided to give this a try. It worked like a charm! I didn't even deflate it all the way before applying it. To my surprise it held up! even under the pressure of being fully inflated it is holding strong. I can't recommend this product enough it saved my $800 spa from the trash heap. ... show more
