I used this product on a large float that my kids busted in the pool. I would have liked it better if it was clear rather than black. It did have to set for a long time which was a pain. After it dried for 24 hrs, my kids did bust it again once it was back in the pool. However that could just be two teenage boys so I still give it 4 stars.     • Didn't work but seller made right
Update** Seller reached out to me after my review and issued a refund. The seller doesn't allow returns and this stuff doesn't work at all! Not to mention there's nothing started that says it's black in color. I wasted money on this and can't return it. I tried 2 different times and it does not seal. I used this to try to patch a hole in my air mattress. The pvc stuck fine to the air mattress but was still leaking air. ... show more

    • PVC Hole Patch! It's Easy to Use and It Works!!
We got a cheap, blow-up pool that developed an air leak. I tried patches and tapes and they all seem to fail pretty quickly. This is pretty expensive, but we spent $70 bucks on the pool so I gave it try. Yes, it's black, but the fix is a small area. The stuff is runny so go slow and squeeze slowly, be careful. You can't clean it off of the pool. The instructions say "don't brush it." Don't use much. Use just enough to cover the hole with a little puddle. I covered a 5 mm cut with a 20 mm puddle about 2 mm high. That's it. It's usable in two hours and is fully cured in 24 hours. I watched the stuff react with the PVC. It seemed to soften the PVC then fused with it. The patch has the same feel as the PVC pool. You can't peel it off. The edges stay flush. The patch has held for a month now. I can forget there was ever a hole in the pool. Excellent! Thanks! ... show more

    • So far so good on the leak
I am thrilled that I ran across this product. It did seal a long hole that the hateful cat I own tore into my air matress. I also found a couple more pinholes it made, and the matress holds air pretty well again. The smell doesn't linger, but keep usage away from any flames because it is flamable. I blew onto the liquid patch to get it to seal faster because air will keep coming out in bubbles until it turns hard on the hole. I used an ear cleaning stick to spread this. Good stuff. I had no idea that Aquaseal comes in black. I need clear. Options cud have been more clearly stated. Not worth hassle of returning.

I damage about 5 pair of muck boots on my farm each year. It is always the right boot, in the same spot. I throw out a lot of good left boots. So I tried this glue, not using the patch, only the glue. So far I am very impressed. It holds up so well to the stress put on it. Boots are waterproof again.     • Not great for waders
Bought this for my breathable waders and started patching along the inside seem and this glue started lifting up the seems and making it worse. Put enough glue on there to hopefully make it seal and keep water from getting in but next time I’ll just wait the extra few days for aqua seal

    • This is the good stuff
With this product I've easily repaired three leaks in my Intex Challenger kayak, including an inch long tear along one of the seams. It is far superior to anything I've used in the past.
