  • Lifesaver for Lips and Minor Wounds
Aquaphor is my go-to for everything from chapped lips to small cuts and scrapes. I’ve used it for years and always keep a tube nearby—whether it’s this big size or a mini travel size. It works amazingly well for dry, cracked lips—better than any lip balm I’ve tried. It doesn’t sting, has no fragrance or flavor, and gives instant relief and long-lasting moisture. When I was on Accutane, nothing else helped those extremely chapped lips except for Aquaphor. Not Vaseline, not Chapstick—nothing. I also use it on small cuts or healing blemishes, and it really helps the skin repair faster without scabbing or drying out. The texture is thick and a bit greasy, but that’s part of what makes it so protective. And it feels more moisturizing than just greasy. A little goes a long way. It’s effective, and honestly a must-have. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with dry skin, healing wounds, or just want something that actually works for your lips. There’s so many different uses for it. ... show more

  • Amazing!
A must-have for dry skin, cracked hands, or basically any kind of skin issue. It’s super thick and healing, but not overly greasy if you use just a little. I always keep a tube in my bag during winter. Works great overnight on rough patches too.

  • My Go-To Lip Balm—Nothing Works Better Than This!
This is hands down my go-to lip balm. I’ve tried so many—Burt’s Bees, Vaseline, CeraVe ointment, and even Aquaphor Lip Repair—but nothing compares to this. It lasts for 12+ hours and provides amazing, long-lasting hydration that really heals dry, cracked lips. What I love most about Aquaphor Healing Ointment is how versatile it is. I use it not just on my lips but also on dry patches anywhere on my body, especially in colder months. It creates a protective barrier that locks in moisture without feeling greasy or heavy. I actually have both the CeraVe ointment and Aquaphor, and while both are amazing for skin repair, I find myself reaching for Aquaphor more often. The texture is easier to apply smoothly, and it just lasts longer throughout the day, which makes a huge difference. I promise—if you’ve never tried this on your lips, you won’t be disappointed. Throw out all those other lip balms and go with this one! ... show more

  • Reliable for Tough Dry Skin—Great for Hands, Feet, and Healing Minor Irritations
After testing a variety of creams for stubborn dry patches, Aquaphor has proven to be one of the most dependable. It works especially well on cracked knuckles, rough heels, and even chapped lips. The texture is thick and forms a protective barrier, which helps lock in moisture overnight. A little goes a long way, and it’s fragrance-free, which is a plus for sensitive skin. The only drawback is that it can feel greasy and take a while to absorb, so it’s best used before bed or when you don’t need to touch things right away. That said, its versatility and effectiveness easily outweigh that inconvenience. For anyone dealing with dry, flaky, or irritated skin, this 7 oz. tube is a smart staple to keep on hand. ... show more

  • Fantastic for so many skin issues
Love this stuff. It is a great salve for anything, wounds, burns, dry skin. It is the only salve or cream i can use on and near my eyelids. It puts moisture back into the skin and heals it nicely. I am never without this in my house.

  • Effective
This is a good item to have at home in your first aid kit. We use it for dry skin and also for minor scrapes. I apply it at night when my lips are really dry. This provides your skin with a high moisture level that won’t disappoint. This will get on your clothes it pillow if you put too much. Great value for your money and will help heal wounds without a ton of chemicals added. This stays in your skin for a long time so only need to use it 2 times a day. Large tube of this will last a long time. ... show more

  • A little goes a long way
It is definitely greasy, so a little goes a long way. Great for that winter dry skin.

  • Lasts forever and actually works
The media could not be loaded. Aquaphor is one of those products that actually works. A little goes a long way, and one small tube seems to last forever. I’ve had the same tube in my bag for months, using it daily, and it barely looks like I’ve made a dent in it. That alone makes it worth having on hand, because you don’t feel like you’re constantly running out or needing to repurchase. What makes it stand out to me is how occlusive it is. Once it’s on, it locks in moisture and creates a barrier that really protects the skin. For my lips especially, nothing else works as quickly or as effectively. Even when they’re cracked or sore, I’ll put a thin layer on at night and by morning they’re already smoother and less painful. It’s almost like an overnight reset. I’ve tried a lot of lip balms and ointments that either sit on top and do nothing or soak in too quickly and leave me dry again an hour later. Aquaphor actually does both. It seals in the moisture but also helps heal at the same time. That’s why I always keep one by my nightstand and another in my purse. It’s not fancy, but it works better than the trendy stuff I’ve spent way more money on. The texture is thick, but not sticky once it’s applied. It’s easy to spread in a thin layer and doesn’t feel uncomfortable. If you’re using it during the day, it gives a subtle shine on the lips. For other dry patches on skin or cuticles, it does the same things. It smooths and protects. I even use it on my nose in the winter when my skin gets raw from blowing it too much. It’s one of the best purchases in the drugstore aisle. It’s affordable, multi-purpose, and effective. You can use it for lips, hands, cuticles, minor scrapes, or just dry skin in general. Having one product that covers so many different needs makes it worth the space in my bag. It’s not something you’ll run through quickly either, which makes it an even better deal. It’s is simple but reliable. It works every time. For healing cracked lips fast, there’s really nothing better. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the product I keep reaching for and recommending. If you want something that lasts a long time and actually does what it claims, Aquaphor is it. ... show more
