I have been ordering these filters for 3 years, but returned my last order thinking that I received the wrong filters this time. The design was changed at some point, and the bottom of the filter looks different now (see the two different versions on the attached picture). I have a Jura S9 and the original water filter look like the one on the right side with the open sides. I was wrong to assume that the new design (version on the left) would not fit my machine - it definitely does fit! Other reviewers might have made the same mistake that I made, and simply compared the design, rather than trying to install it. These filters work great in our Jura S9...and are considerably less expensive. They certainly fit better than other non-OEM filters I’ve tried. Will continue to use them.
