It’s great: steady, durable, practical. I like it better than those $1600 hard boards. The heavier the board, the harder it is to lug through the water, and this is just as stable as a hard board. The top feels nice on my feet, and the bungees are very useful. The handle in the middle is decent better placed and more conformable than the hard boards I’ve tried. I love all the accessories, they’re great. Don’t be fooled by the backpack—it’s a good backpack, but you don’t want to hike with this. It’s light enough to carry, but heavy enough to be unpleasant the entire time. This board goes very straight on lakes, but the river tried to spin me before I got the hang of it. I hit the tail fin on a rock while trying to do rapids. It’s fine. Here’s my “dislikes,” 1. It’s so gosh-darned hard to pump up. 15PSI is killer to do by hand. It’s a good little pump, but OOF, will I ever be swol enough to not feel like I’m dying? I start off with the two-way pump, then take the gizmo out when I get to 2 PSI to do down-only pumping. By 12 PSI I’m practically jumping on this thing to get it to go down. And there’s many small breaks in-between. I think this is true for every inflatable board, but I’m not sure. 2. The fin is so hard to get off. Eventually someone suggested to me that I use a tool to push down the little flap. I just use a plastic buckle and it works. 3. Letting the air out is loud. So loud. My ear popped, what did you say? You can push and hold the button, or you can screw it a bit and run away like me. Just remember to screw it back when you’re done, or the next time you’ll go through the hernia-inducing trail of pumping up your board, only to have all your hard work gust away when you unscrew the pump. So sad. Feel my tears. 4. The paddle is fine. Not great, but fine. It adjusts well, but the shape is meh. I would absolutely recommend this. I can’t think of a reason to spend an extra $100 on a different beginner board. When I buy a SECOND board though, I’ll probably go with a long skinny touring shape though. Some of those are so fast, weee!!

I purchased this paddle board when the pandemic first hit because beaches were closed and this gave me the opportunity to get back out on the water anyway. I've used it a number of times now and just love it! For this price point, you cannot beat the sturdiness. It's light enough to carry around if you and large enough that you can use it as a 2 person 'kayak'. It has a bungee cord in the front that fits quite a bit (I am able to fit a 40 can cooler, 2 regular sized life jackets, a 10L dry bag, and a pop up sun tent in case I make a stop at a beach) and there's still space for two people comfortably on the board. I would however make note that pumping that bad boy up can be daunting. I generally try and pump up the board a day before I intend to use it and then strap it to the roof of my car since I usually only drive a small distance to get to different launch points. You can pump it up right before you get on it, but get ready to use those arm muscles! It always leaves me out of breathe even when we take turns pumping it up. Once I get passed 11 PSI, I physically cannot pump it anymore so my fiance has to take over. You may want to consider investing in an electric pump. The customer service has been nothing short of awesome. I was having an issue with the pump that was originally supplied. I could hear a leak coming from the connection point when I pumped up the board passed 7PSI. I reached out to the company, supplied them with video where you can hear the leak happening, and they sent me a brand new pump free to charge (it came from China so it took a while to arrive but nonetheless, it was a really great gesture on the part of the company). All in all, it was a great purchase that I would recommend to anyone starting out and/or anyone with a small amount of storage space since this board folds up pretty compact.

4th update…purchase this in Aug 2021, replaced it in July 2023. I really believed I got my money’s worth since I use it minimum of 2 days a week for almost 2 years and in summer 3-4 times a week. I took it everywhere my friends with kayaks paddled i.e. lakes, lagoons, river, intracoastal, creeks with fallen logs, ocean, etc. Now has 7 small patches so I decided to replace it but it’s still useable but I would only use it for short paddles under 3 hours and in safe locations like lagoons and beaches and not in alligators infested rivers or body of water with strong currents. It’s almost a year since I purchased this SUP. I had used it a lot after month 4 ever since I got great electric pump and it takes ~10 mins. Average use 6-8 times a month. The deck started ungluing after month 8 so contact company for what to use. I was told by few people the PVC cement company recommended should not be used on anything flexible like my iSUP which I inflate and deflate often. Month 10, a small piece of deck completely peeled off so I will look for marine glue which others suggested to use instead. The large deck pieces edges are starting to peel off but my SUP otherwise is in good shape. If marine glue work this may last at least another year! Hopefully😊 but feel I got my money worth since I use it often. Definitely invest in electronic pump so you’ll use it more. I also bought a better 4 piece paddle since that and pump made a world of difference to me and enjoy paddling more. First review and update disappeared. I bought this ~4 months ago but only used it twice in first month and the 3rd time, my paddle would not lock. broken mechanism but not rusted so I can’t use. Thank goodness a friend had spare paddle or my day would be ruin. That was after 30 days return period. Can’t find vendor info. Contact Amazon and was sent a link to email and Rep ask for my address to send me a new paddle. I got an upgraded paddle a week later but unfortunately, there was large clump of glue inside so the handle can’t fit in and I was going camping and wanted to bring my SUP. Contact company again and they promptly told me they will send another paddle. After my vacation, I got my new replacement but it the same as my original but use it three times already and it’s holding up but I am going to look for another since it’s not sturdy. It would be a shame if the paddle and accessories I.e. hand pump cause the bad reviews of this SUP. The cost of paddle can be as high as 30% of SUP so it’s not insignificant. So I definitely appreciate the reps replacing the paddle. I had good customer service. The iSUP I received is good quality. I paddle with a large group and there are lots of $600-900 ones and just comparing only iSUP, not enough difference to account for huge $ difference. My iSUP package is comparable to others in the $350-$400 range i.e. hand pumps, accessories except their paddles didn’t fail after 2nd time out. I think the pump provided is inaccurate since I can’t pump it over 11psi. I bought a compressor and was able to get it to 14.5 before it got too hot and took ~18 mins. Pump read 8psi but compressor showed 11. Since compressors are high pressure and low volume, I decided to hand pump 2nd time to 8psi and it took ~10 mins to reach 14.5psi. Tried it again at 5psi and that took 14 mins to 15psi. The hand pump I am sure is inaccurate so I just bought a rechargeable SUP pumps and it makes inflation so much easier. with the lower prices of SUP, it’s easy decision to buy versus renting. Best part is the convenience of paddling anytime and any place. This SUP is very stable and large with lots of D rings for securing accessories . it even accommodated a camping stool and cooler with plenty of room for my wet bag, shoes and paddle when I just want to chill on the water. Been out already 8 times with SUP and I really appreciate it’s stability. even in high wind and lots wakes from boats, I can still stand and paddle while most are on knees or sitting. I think this SUP is great value at under $200. I suggest investing in pump and a better paddle if you go with this SUP.

This is the third (or fourth) summer we will be using these paddleboards and we love it. This has been inflated, deflated, transported and stored with care and they are still in good condition. Read all the instructions carefully because, if you are new to inflatable paddleboards like I was, there are some things you need to know and I'll mention them for newby's. First, I never leave these in the sun whether inflated or deflated so that the seams will not be compromised. If it is inflated and you leave it in the sun it can burst a seam and it's done. If it is deflated, I still don't leave it in the sun or a hot car to preserve the integrity of the materials and the seams. Second, some people mentioned in their reviews that they thought they had a leak when the inflation valve had come loose and needed tightening. Because I read the other reviews before purchasing mine, when it happened to me I knew what to do. Common sense care like not dragging it on concrete or gravel or rocks will help you extend the life of this paddleboard (or any other) if you choose to get one.

Quick update. Two summers almost in the books for these boards, and still no regrets at all! One of them had a small air leak around the valve, but after too much freaking out, and finally finding the tool that came with the board, a quick little tighten of the valve, and no issues with it for months. I can't remember exactly how many times we used these boards last year, but I just counted, and I used it this summer 16 times. I would say they have paid for themselves by now. We bought three of them about a month ago, used two about twice as much as the third one, and have no regrets about the purchase so far. We were debating between kayak, tandem kayak, SUP, or inflatable SUP, and we definitely made the right decision! Three of these easily fit in a 4dr hyundai accent with 3 small adults, and we can go wherever we want. Set up is not hard, just make sure the inflator valve is springy, and bounces back out when you push on it, BEFORE you start inflating! Instructions note this, but its only a matter of time before you forget to check one time, and you would think its not that big of a deal, and you could close it with air already in, and not lose much, but trust me, regardless of how fast you move, you are going to go from 11psi, to less than 5 long before you get it shut, which brings me to the only real downfall with this, or probably any board, with a manual pump........ it takes a little work to get it up to 15psi Small inflator don't pump enough air, and I haven't been desperate enough to want to buy one for these, at 100+dollars, but my girlfriend definitely is, and her son, who uses our 3rd one, said yesterday to just buy an inflator for all three, and give it to him for his birthday this month......... in the hot sun, it's a small workout to get it filled up. You'll definitely be ready to hit the water when you are done. Not super hard to do, but takes some effort, probably 10 minutes of your time, and what I think might be the worst part, the pump isn't quite tall enough for you to use while fully standing up, so the whole time, your back is at a slightly uncomfortable angle. All in all, I find the rewards of being out on the water well worth the time and effort, and I still don't want to spend the money on an inflator, even when I find myself finishing everyone else's board after get mine filled. Other things I wish I would have considered before buying would be the kayak style seat. We purchased these separately, and its what I feel like is a must have accessory, giving you the option of sitting with a back rest. And once you get the kayak seat, and you realize how much easier paddling is with an actual kayak paddle, you'll be looking online and wondering why they don't sell jist the second blade for your stand up paddle. So personally, if I bought one again, I would look for one made by this company, because of the price and quality, but with a package deal with the kayak seat and paddle, if possible...... other than that, ZERO regrets, and i just looked at my strava app, and since mid July, we have used ours 10 different times already. To rent a kayak or SUP around here is at least 25-50 bucks each time, and that usually gets you a time limit. 25 bucks per rental x 10 rentals....... I would agree with the math and say we have definitely gotten our money's worth, now let's just hope the quality holds up for years to come🤞🤞🤞

Perfect for the beginner! I have been wanting one for a long time but allowed myself to get scared by all the reviews of SUPs. I finally decided on the Aqua Plus and it’s perfect. It’s easier to inflate than expected. It takes about 5-7 minutes and gets tough around 10 psi. We have used the board at 15 psi-the recommended level and 12, the minimum. There is a huge difference in stability. Take the time and inflate it to 15, it is worth it. I was out with my daughter today for the whole afternoon, a total of about 310 lbs on the board and it was just fine. The kids love this board and I know we’ll need to purchase more. The only “con” is how loud it is the first few seconds you deflate, scares everyone around you. No problems with the pump, make sure to switch to single pump once you get around 10 psi, makes it much easier. No issues folding and fitting back into backpack.

*******UPDATE ISSUES********* After taking it out the first time, a day or so later we aired it up again to go out on the lake, i heard a hissing noise like air was escaping. There is a small hole around the seal (gray ring) around the air spout. Its not visible but the air is hissing as it is being pushed out and i threw a little water on it and it bubbled like crazy. Trying to contact support to see what to do! Im upset because i love every other aspect of this board :( I had never paddle boarded before, just kayaked and decided on this board over all the others, great decision! For whats included, the size/weight capacity and the price, this was the best. The d rings are super nice to have, if you wanna attach a seat or really anything else. It isnt too heavy once you've inflated it, super easy to carry down to the water. And the weight limit states 380 so we decided to test, my cousin and i both got on (210 and 160) and it held us both great! Airing it up was obviously a little tough with the hand pump, but i got to 15 psi. At first i thought the gage was broken but nope! i just didnt have enough air for it to really move. Youve got to pump ALOT. You have to be careful that you dont lock down the air spout or it will make it difficult to pump! (because the air will be pushing out quickly!) My only complaint was the straps on the backpack. They werent looped correctly and slid all the way out once i tried to pick it up. An easy fix, i just had to reloop and figure out how to knot the straps so they didnt slide out again, which made them nonadjustable but whatever
