I ordered a couple of sizes and one other swim dress from a different brand/ seller, but this is the CLEAR winner! 1. It makes me feel GREAT! SO cute! 2. It's NOT A ONE-PIECE! I hate wearing one-piece swimsuits because logistically trying to get them off, and especially back on (ahem, restroom visit), while they are wet is literally the worst. This is essentially a dress tankini , so whatever bottoms you like best, you can wear those! I have a high waisted set from Torrid that I love, and I'll be wearing those with it most likely. 2. Length is that just-right-still-short-enough-to-be-flirty sundress vibe! 3. Shape - bodice crossover design and waist yoke with ruching will make you look like an hourglass! 4. Straps are wide - super silky and comfy, and they don't take bites out of your shoulders - PLUS, better support! 5. Color is true to the photo - I love purple, and this is a nice blend of a deep violet, lilac, periwinkle, and lavender with some black, grey, and white in a floral that doesn't look dated. 6. Skirt has plenty of ease! I bought the 16 and 18 (I'm 5'56", ~200lb, and I'm at least one size larger from the waist down). I wound up going with the 16, because the skirt had plenty of ease to accommodate my larger hips, and the 18 was not as supportive in the bust. OVERALL, well made, comfy, and a delight to wear. I didn't want to take it off, so I've been wearing it around the house ALL day. If you've been thinking about it, just order one and send it back if you don't like it!

Beautiful suit! Ordered this and one other same suit different color/ design. No initial apparent integrity defects. Soft material with smooth feel nice “weight”/ not too thin/thick. Feels like it’ll dry quickly. Nice wide shoulder straps with what appears to be a pretty solid buckle for making adjustments, although I’m wondering if when wearing it for a time if whether or not they’ll slip (very smooth material). Pantry liner present. Not high waisted bottoms. Shelf bra (ie uniboob) Pretty color pattern. Hides all my “sins” and is flattering (minus uniboob); just personal preference for individual support for the girls. Cons: I’m not giving it 5* because I also ordered the same suit different color pattern same size BUT NOT the same size in actuality! 😣 WTH!!? Frustrating INCONSISTENT SIZING in comparing the 2 I bought from this vendor! This one “fits” but loosely, which makes it a bit uncomfortable and I’m concerned about it when it gets wet/ stretching as suits do. So quality of fit is lacking and you’ll not know necessarily if you’re going to get a suit that is the actual size indicated on the tag ( smaller than/ larger than/ just right) Ask Goldie locks 🙄 I’ll have to exchange it for the “same size” for fit adjustments. IDK about washing it yet but the ones I got last year did well with regular washing and detergent (I don’t use pods) hang dry.

I absolutely loooove this swim dress! It is so silky and comfortable. I love the flattering fit with a bit of a flare coming out right at the natural waist to skim out over the hips. It also comes down far enough on the thighs to swirl and feel like a real dress. I feel lovely, feminine, and comfortable with my body. The separate shorts make it extra comfy and convenient for changing. Just follow the size chart and you will be soooo pleased. I also loved the packaging - the tags are not plastic, the suit comes in a zipped pouch that I'm keeping for travel, and the outer packaging is easy to recycle (NOT "store drop off only" plastic). I have not bought a new suit in almost ten years, despite loving the beach, because of being completely unable to find something I am comfortable in with my body. I am so overjoyed at this find! You will love this! I bought two to try out and I am definitely buying more, even if I have to wait to buy them for next season right now. Completely worth the investment! It means so much to not be hiding in a t-shirt and not be disappointed over and over by finding something cute only to see that it only comes in sizes five times to small for your measurements. Thank you is not enough!

I usually wear a size 24 in tops, but the size chart for this suit said I should get a 28. I ordered a 26 and it fit me perfectly. This suit does not provide much bust support and the back is not lined at all. I am fine with how my bust looks with the padding that there is (I'm a C cup), but this suit does my back rolls no favors! I have other suits that make my back look much smoother. I was pleasantly suprised by the included swim shorts. They hit me perfectly at mid thigh. There is some nice thickness to the fabric that provides a little tummy control and the good wide hem will not roll. However, they sit at my natural waist, so if the top floats up in the water or gets blown by the wind, my upper stomach will definitely show. I'll probably opt for my old high-waisted swim capris for those more active beach days with my kids. The suit is comfortable to wear, flattering enough on my body, and I really love the flamingo print. It is not the best suit I've ever had, but for the price, I am satisfied, and it will do the job.
