I bought this to replace an old goose down that was very lacking in the fill area and well, my washing machine ended up eating the old one and forced me to finally replace it. I like to sleep with no heat in the bedroom in winter time. I bought the winter fill one to make sure I’d be toasty enough as I was moving to Canada. I sleep with a sheet, a thin fuzzy velour like blanket and this goose down. It keeps me nice and warm at night with no heat in the room. The material is super soft, kinda makes you feel like you’re in an expensive hotel room. I cannot believe I only spent $200 on this! I was very nervous to try it at that price point, I thought I was going to get another junky under-filled comforter. This was most definitely not the case. It did not smell, I put it in the dryer for 20 minutes with dryer balls when I opened the package and it fluffed right up. I love it, highly recommend it, and it’s only $200! It went on sale for $160 right after I purchased mine, bummer. But still feel like I got a great deal.

Just purchased another one for the heck of it, well when I do have visitors. Also, you do get the best sleep ever. This comforter is SO soft it's like a cloud! We bought 2 other down comforters and sent them back before finally getting one that is exactly what each seller described theirs as. This is extremely soft to the touch and pleasant to the hands when touching. There is no crinkly noise like the other 2 down comforters which we returned. And lastly it is super warm!!! We bought the winter weight as we both are always cold. Last night was our first night sleeping with our new down comforter and being that it is not winter yet in Texas, we actually got hot. Yeah, we loved that!! Now we know when it gets really cold outside we will be very warm. We love how fluffy it is. I put it in the dryer for about 10 to 15 minutes on low heat to fluff it out. It came out of the dryer so fluffy, warm and soft with no noise. Best comforter we have ever bought. Best quality down comforter we have ever bought. We highly recommend this comforter.

I bought a King size for myself after buying several twin size ones for my children. The winter warmth for the twin size is very fluffy and warm. The king size one is not as fluffy and unfortunately not as warm.

I just received the duvet in the mail today. When I opened it at first I thought the company had sent me the wrong product because it was so flat but over a few hours it fluffed up. It helps to take it to a balcony or stick it out the window and shake it vigorously in both fluffing it up and also getting the loose feathers off the duvet. One thing I noticed is the overwhelming smell. Since the moment I took it out, now it’s been a few hours and it still smells like a farm. I tried putting it in the dryer with no heat and lots of fragrant dryer sheets and dryer balls but it’s still smells like farm animals. Hoping the smell goes away soon.

Product is well built: stitching looks good, no odors and all in all looks well. But, while I bought the heavyweight, winter version it's not thick enough. I live in a climate that's not that cold so I knew I would be fine but for those of you living in colder climates, be advised... . You probably be better off with much costlier duvet that will provide ticker insulation.
