Es la primera vez que compró este producto nunca había tenido uno de este tipo. Si es un poco trabajoso quitarle el olor particular de las plumas. Lo tienes que dejar orear 2 días lavar primero y después dejarlo para que le de el aire por dos días y se seque completamente y el olor desaparezca pero al final de cuenta si queda esponjoso y me está gustando el resultado, si recomiendo ponerle un duvet cover para no lavarlo seguido, porque si es un poco laborioso. I didn't see the care instrucctions in the box & initially thought I was sent the wrong item. Once I tumble dried it & aired it out the scent went away & it fluffed up & looked like the picture in the offering section on Amazon. As far as the return steps, I advised the UPS driver that I was keeping the item & he said he would handle cancelling the return authorization.
