Look good and are pretty comfortable while on. I have had lighter weight work out shoes. Difficult to get on and off due to the rigid material used in the sole around the heel. I wouldn't wear these on nature trails given the holes make it easy to track-in mud and dirt.

I bought these because they looked comfortable and had pretty good reviews. I read after the fact they helped with lower back and foot pain. After wearing them all day for 1 day (post workout, bc that's when they arrived) I woke up with significantly less back pain! Wore them for my workout today (plyo on 21 day fix extreme!) I love the vibrant color, the shoes are very comfortable. These shoes are much more comfortable than other shoes I've purchased for twice the price. I also bought a red pair. I get lots of compliments. I would definitely recommend them.
