I love the Apple Watch i can comment on sleep tracking since I don’t wear it at night . It charges pretty quick and yes the battery last about a day but considering all that it can do and how often I used is to be expected. I love how the GPS vibrates and shows the directions as well as distance for next turn. So it make it easy to not get distracted. I can also ask Siri to send text messages and make calls as long as the cellphone is nearby, I hadn’t test the distance. The other thing is that can also be use as a light, app that helps you with breathing techniques. The oximeter and heart rate monitors work good. I was really impress with all the functions that can do. Also can work as a remote to take photos from your phone.

There's no secret, as new smartwatches keep joining the battle, it's still Apple who keeps winning the race. Workout tracking, steps, heart rate, ECG, blood oxigen, unlocking your iPhone and Mac without Face ID or passcode, Apple Pay, notifications for all apps on your wrist, etc. It's a very cool gadget to have, very useful and very functional. To me, the only down side is still the battery. There are other smartwatches that beat the Apple Watch big time on battery, so it makes you wonder what does Apple need to create a watch with a battery that lasts as least a couple of days. Aside from the battery, which to me only represents the hastle of putting the watch on the charger for about an hour (The charging is super fast now), there's nothing else to complain about. I picked the aluminum red one with the standard silicone band and I absolutely love it.

My wonderful husband chose a different color and he wanted to arrive for Christmas, but there were many delays. He couldn't get the newest version because it wouldn't work with my version of iPhone. After the many delays, I cancelled that order because it looked like it was lost in the system. And found this Red one. It arrived within the estimated time. I had a series 3 before, so I like all the new apps... I love the sleep focus function, where it dims and locks, so it if move in my sleep the room doesn't light up and then wake me up as it did before. It is tracking my sleep. It shows oxygen levels and heart rate. So many new functions. I gave it 5 stars for battery life, because so far so good... I have only had it a little over a month. I use my watch together with my iPhone, so I don't know it handles by itself. But I do answer calls on it and switch from watch to iPhone and iPhone to Mac with a little learning curve. :) Very happy with my Apple Watch Series 7 [GPS 45mm] Smart Watch w/ (Product) RED Aluminum Case.

Delivery was same day and was excellent. The watch I must say is beautiful. I chose the Red color and the display is very brilliant. There are a lot of apps that you can download. Charging time is between an hour and hour and half to full capacity. I get a full 2 days with out having to charge it again. The band has a nice soft feel to it and sometimes it doesn't feel like I am wearing a watch. The health apps do have some disclaimers so I don't read to much into it. For me I call it for entertaining purposes. My opinion is the results must me somewhere in the ballpark. I have used the sleep app that came with the watch but only allows you to set an alarm. I already know I'm a poor sleeper I don't think I need an app to tell me that. I ride my bike and there is a cool feature that detects that your riding a bike and records the miles,speed and calories. I do workout at the gym, but it doesn't record the machine I'm using or calories I have burned. Will need to investigate. I have had the watch for nearly a month, and I highly recommend it.

I bought this because my employer requires a fitness tracker in order to get a discount for health insurance. I have used a Fitbit device for more than 10 years. I got the 45 mm Apple Watch because I need reading glasses for small print. The fitness step tracker records about 5% less steps than the Fitbit does. If you need reading glasses there is not a whole lot that you can do with the watch face– – The font is too small to be usable. It’s easy to click into the apps which are readable with a larger font. The integration with the Apple health app on the cloud is excellent. You can answer calls to your iPhone on your watch which is very helpful if you can’t remember where you put your phone. The audio quality is excellent. It’s also helpful for pinging your phone if you can’t remember where are you left it. The vibrating text message function is customizable so that you can be notified of texts from family members if you like. If the watch is synced to your Outlook messages or Calendar you will need to enter a four digit password to unlock the watch to even get a home screen. This happens when you place to watch on your wrist in the morning or remove it during the day. The battery life is just OK. It only charges from an Apple proprietary charger – – it charges quickly but the battery only lasts a day or two – – much shorter than the Fitbit life. The battery charging cords are not cheap. There is one included in the box. You are probably going to need to purchase a second one. The charging cord works best with a high amp USB adapter, which is also an expense. I used the atrial fibrillation app and it works well. You could also make the diagnosis by taking your own pulse. Since it doesn’t have a charging plug-in it’s pretty waterproof. Like any Apple product it works well, it’s very expensive, and you are semi glad you bought it.

I never liked wearing a watch. Until now. My watch mirrors my iphone but some apps on the watch are not available on my phone, like an ECG (EKG) app, a heart rate app, a blood oxygen app, and one that detects if I've fallen and takes appropriate action. My watch is the GPS version and the larger 45 size. The sports band is so comfortable that I wear my watch overnight too. Most of the watch apps are available on my iphone but sometimes the watch version is better than the phone version. For example, I like seeing driving directions on my wrist and feeling a tapping on my wrist to alert me when a turn is ahead. My favorite thing is being able to use the watch find my phone. When I've asked Alexa to call my phone so I can find it, and I don't hear the phone ring because its sound is off, I can use my watch to ping my phone. It causes a LOUD pinging sound. Such a relief! And, oh yes, I like using the watch as a phone when someone calls while my phone is in my purse. The sound quality at both ends is excellent.
