Once again, Apple did their proprietary nonsense and designed this case to not allow after market stick-on magnet pads to work. For example, I wanted to add a Scosche magnet pad to the back of the case to work with several vehicles I own that have the Scosche magic mount pad, and the magnet pad did not adhere to Apple's polymer case. The Apple built-in magnet, with or without the Apple case, is not strong enough to work on these Scosche magic mounts. So the Apple case is useless for me. . . sending it back.

I bought a new screen protector when I bought this case and after the first drop which was only from about 3 feet my screen protector was cracked and there was a hole in the corner of the case from where it hit the CARPET! Horrible case.

Case is well made and definitely does it's job. I just find the finish to be a little sticky, and gathers fingerprints and dust easily. It's easily dinged and scratched, even with no drops. I'm a "naked phone" guy so I only use mine in times where I think it may be needed, but even then it seems to be taking super minor damage already. Other than that it does a great job at protecting the phone - it just may not stay pretty for long.

I first purchased a less expensive case. When my iphone was inserted part of one camera lens was partially blocked. The dimension of the initial case was also too small and I could not push the iphone fully into the case. Amazon made the return hassle free. I then purchased this case and my phone slipped in easily and firmly and the the lenses were not blocked.

I bought the case in Feb 2022 and on 23 June 2022 it started to break apart. although my case did not came in contact with a sharp metal or anything of that sort. If apple is charging a premium they should at least cover the construction faults under warranty.
