The phone I ordered was exactly what I received. There were absolutely no scratches on the front or back, which was awesome. It came without a SIM card, so should be unlocked (we just use it on wifi for now) , completely reset, and ready to go. The only issue, which really isn't an issue, is that the battery is only at 75% capacity. This is the minimum standard, that's why it's not really an issue, only mentioned because I was just hoping it would've/could've been a little better. But it's fine. Battery life is a little below average, expected for being received at 75%. We'll just have to replace it sooner. Update: I had to return the phone. Something was wrong with the SIM card holder. All of a sudden it kept telling me the SIM card was invalid and it was in SOS mode no matter what I did. Everything else was great, had that not happened I would still have it. The phone arrived and the only thing I noticed wrong with it was a very small chip in the color on the bottom left corner. The seller was so amazing and refunded me $100 just for that! The phone works great! The battery capacity/health is at 96% which is actually higher than my other phone that’s newer. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good phone at a cheaper price, order this one! ... show more

Go for it at first I had a lot of doubt about the phone but I just got the phone and I am not disappointed the battery life is 91% and it has no screen damage it has 2 dents on the side but you can't see it the back glass is in perfect condition and the phone is a 10/10
