I purchased a regular Renewed (not Premium) in "Excellent Condition" and got more than I was expecting. 98% Battery Life!! (99% at the time I received it) I've used it for a couple of months now and it's been working flawlessly. Everything works. Battery life is in fact EXCELLENT and lasts all day. The ONLY 'flaw' this phone has (why it probably wasn't considered "Premium") is a very light scratch on the screen that you can barely see only when the phone is OFF and you look really hard. Very minor and I'm fine with it. I know battery life like mine is not guaranteed, but try ordering a phone specific to your carrier like I did instead of getting an 'unlocked' phone. Your chances MAY be higher if you do. Overall I'm extremely happy with the Amazon renewed program. Before I would only purchase used from Ebay, but now I will definitely keep using Amazon. So I’m not sure if those of you who will read this review know what backmarket is, so I recently bought this exact same phone slightly cheaper on the other website and it was complete trash!! Won’t get in detail but just don’t waste your time meanwhile I purchased for about $30 more and it’s literally perfect no problems with the phone on arrival I waited 2 weeks to write a review just to see if it’s gonna hold up after I seen some reviews complaining I still have it a shot worse can happen I just send it back lol but yea this phone is exactly what I needed for an upgrade so thank you all for have it available also I dropped it a few times nothing happen tho I do have a case and screen protector but we know how far those go and I dropped it at work on a concrete floor and metal steps not a single defect charging is perfect it did come with a 86% battery life but I just added the phone to my apple care plan so that’s not an issue I have fast chargers anyway I came from a 7plus and XS Max and though it’s slightly smaller still comfortable I also love the OLED screen it makes everything so vibrant in editing my videos again thank you ... show more

the battery life is at about 94% which I'm very pleased with. the screen has some very small scratches but i expected as much. This was a great price for a very good product. The only thing i have an issue with is the ad says that a charger & cable come with the device, but only a cable came with it. I sent a message to the business and just waiting to hear back from them. I would definitely order this again. I ordered a renewed (not renewed premium) iPhone 12 64GB Green in excellent condition from the seller "supplytronics". The iPhone arrived in a small cardboard box with a white supplytronics branded box inside. The phone was very well protected, and came with an Apple original charging cable and a sim removal tool, but no power brick. The device arrived with 0% battery. The phone looks completely brand new with no scuffs or marks, and it has 83% battery health. I'm extremely satisfied. There's no risk involved either. Amazon has a return window if the phone is damaged or if you don't like it, and supplytronics gave me a small card in the box saying they have a 90 day warranty. ... show more
