I ordered the correct model when i put airpods in case says not charging. Right ear is correct left ear says wrong case

Looks brand new in quality, but would only accept the right earbud as the correct kind and stated that the left one was a different generation (which is not correct as they are from the same original case that I unfortunately left on a plane) and incompatible so it won’t charge. I tried some troubleshooting that I found online but it didn’t work, so it looks like I’ll be stuck with one working earbud until I can get the Apple Store at some point in hopes that they’ll be able to connect it. If they can’t then I’ll just have to return or eat the $50ish if return is not available. Might work for others with no issue but definitely want to give the heads up! ... show more
