The replacement is amazing. I charge it in the case, removed the case from my bluetooth list and then repaired it as a new case and it's been working great!! Def worth the money to have two AirPods again.

Two duds in a row - total waste of time. Yes, I “forgot device”, did hard reset, made sure volume was up, AirPods were selected for listening, turned phone on and off, also no firmware issues. The first replacement was linked to someone else’s account so it wouldn’t show up in my find my app, the second one just straight didn’t work and caused my AirPods to disconnect everytime I closed the case. I’ve now wasted hours of my time trying to correct these issues and initiating returns, dropping off returns etc. ... show more
