We hav a rescue that had never seen water yet avoided puddles and hated the rain so we did not think shed love the lake life we do but we were also no getting a dog to leave her home alone. She did well with this vest. Fin allows us to see her if she falls into the water, the handle allows us to get her out of the water easily, its balanced well so it keeps her afloat and head out of the water. She will not swim as she doesn't like water and is a solid 60lb 17month old pit lab mix. She has a small high waist and small build and this fit her well. I would recommend it. When I first put this on my dog, he was really unsure of what was happening. It kind of reminded me or when a cat has a sweater on, and they have no clue how to move. That was my dog. He wasn't super happy that he had clothes on, but he warmed up to it after he got in the pool. He had been in the pool one time before without the life vest, and he was scared of the water. He was breathing heavily while swimming and wouldn't just relax. I put this vest on him for a new swimming chapter, and he did really well. He won't jump into the pool, but he will climb down the stairs and swim around. He actually played with his frisbee this time in the pool! He was swimming around for a long time and would float at other times. He wasn't as tired when he was done, and he was swimming for a longer amount of time. His confidence definitely grew when he was wearing this. I actually had to fight to get him out of the pool because it was starting to thunder and lightning. He simply did not want to get out. I love this product and how it has helped my sweet dog gain confidence! 10/10 recommend! Also for referencr, my dog is a German Shepherd and Catahoula Leopard Dog mix weighing about 65 pounds. It held him perfectly and actually the fur on his back was barely wet after seeing for a long time. Stylish, funny, confidence building, durable, and water resident! Love love love! ... show more

Love this life jacket! My 22 lbs French Bulldog actually stays afloat in the water (even when she dives off our paddle board). I got a size M and it fits her great but it’s also easily adjustable with the straps and Velcro. And the shark fin is darling. Great buy!

Love this. Spent $90 on another more popular brand lifejacket and still picked this one over it. Looks really cute and kept her afloat the whole time we went kayaking. Fit her to a tee and none of the straps were in her way while swimming.

The jacket is absolutely adorable. Price was good. And the fit was perfect. My pitty is 85lbs and this fit great. Even had room. Loved the handle on the back. Was so excited to get this. So I gave it a 2 star because we only used it 3-4 times (maybe 5-10 mins ea time) and hung it up to dry. Once dry stored it inside the house. This year we got it out used it 2 times and the straps that click shut ripped right off and so did all the handles. Completely dry rotten. Not a happy camper at all. What would have happened had he been on a lake and this happened. Or since it can be used as A harness while on water even has a loop for a leash; what if we would have been at lake and while at the lake it had busted open on a walk. Thank god we pay attention and stay with him. I’m so upset and not satisfied rt now. Not even used a handful of times and it’s garbage. ... show more
