This extended desk next to my L shape desk is a great addition this is the 53inches in width along with the red LED lights. As a precaution I still have the desk plugged up to a surge protector just in case anything were to spark but other than that I love it

Ships through fedex, I put the leasing offices address instead of my new apartments address and instead of trying to deliver it again the next day, they returned it to the sender. So I ordered it again, the return to the sender is still processing by the way 5 days after they tried delivering it. Things to note 1. The drawers are not real, they’re cloth storage boxes. 2. The computer stand is literally just a piece of wood you put on the floor. See the picture. 3. There’s a high pitched humming sound with the LED lights. I finally build it and plug it in and one of the LED light strips is broken. Trying to get my desk on this was already such a hassle and then it arrives broken? It’s a good desk but the false advertising and broken LED makes it so disappointing. Edit: customer service was very nice about giving me a refund for the desk I didn’t need anymore (I bought two desks for me and my boyfriend) and they refunded my initial purchase that was delivered to the wrong address. There was just something wrong with one of my LED strips, the one from the other desk works fine, no sounds. Now other than the false advertising with the drawers and the computer stand, I enjoy the desk!

This is a good desk with ample room for working on. I'll be honest. I didn't install the LEDs. They were kind of "gimmicky". I'm not 13, so I can't imagine a time where I want to have colored lights glowing under my desk. The only other complaint is the drawers. They are cardboard/fabric with a solid insert on the bottom. If you add any weight (especially the file drawer), it will start to sag. We chose to remove the files and ordered a separage file cabinet that can truly handle file folders. Other than that, it's a solid work desk for the price.

Got this for my daughter's room. It was not the easiest desk to put together. The instructions have zero words on them. Only pictures, which is a little difficult to follow since all the pieces are rectangular and NOT marked with letters or numbers. What should have taken 30-45 minutes to put together ended up taking WELL over an hour. Once it was together, it seems sturdy enough. It's not solid wood, so I don't expect furniture store longevity out of it. But I am hopeful it will get her through the next couple years of high school.
