**EDIT/UPDATE** I contacted AnyZip via email and sent in these pictures explaining my situation. Their customer service responded promptly. They apologized and immediately shipped out a new suitcase, which I received today. Hopefully this one holds up a little better. Adjusting my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars for the excellent customer service. Overall pretty disappointed with this purchase. I ordered it during Prime days and even at a discount it cost me over $100. I was really excited to get it for an upcoming trip, and it looked great when we got it. I will say that it seemed a little smaller than I was expecting, but I somewhat shrugged it off. What I’m really upset about is the fact that after just this one trip the suitcase came off the plane with the corners dented in and discolored. I know that baggage handlers aren’t exactly gentle with your stuff and that the baggage moves around during the flight, but seriously? The suitcase couldn’t even handle one flight?? For what I paid for this thing I would’ve expected a bit more. This makes me think the suitcase is just cheaply made. ... show more

This white suitcase is incredibly attractive. I bought it for my daughter, and she has adorned it with stickers, making it look adorable. The suitcase is lightweight and easy for my seven-year-old daughter to use. It will also be suitable for her as she grows older.

Very durable and good looking luggage. I took them with me traveling and they stood up to the usual airline treatment and didn’t scratch or dent. The wheels also did great on sidewalks.Definitely worth the purchase.

This is an update to my previous review where I have bad rating because I had a defective suitcase and the zipper broke. I reached out to customer service because it has a 2 year warranty and I just passed my 30 day return window with Amazon. They asked me to send a video documenting the problem then quickly send a replacement. My replacement does not have the handle issue. Use it when you take one piece of luggage for free on spirit airlines. You don’t have to carry a heavy luggage bag. The sliding wheels make you very light. Great quality roller bag that was the perfect size to carry on. I used this shortly after purchase for a 5 day getaway to Cabo. I put my clothes, etc in vacuum bags and still had room for shoes, hair styling tools and makeup in this bag. High recommend!
