Awesome little radio
This radio is super small, in the picture it is next to my iPhone 13 for comparison, I have made 10 meter FM contacts all over the country on this radio on 29.500, 29.600. I get great audio reports, just wish it had usb and offset for repeaters.

Decent unit
Not the most user friendly but decent for the money. Very small which helps in today's feature packed vehicles. Light enough to use with a cup holder mount.

Simply the best.
I have been a licensed amateur radio operator for a while now. And prefer to engineer my own antennas and to make contacts at great distances, Because to me a simple transceiver is best. The challenge is in knowing the technology. And being able to use it. Caution, this radio requires an FCC Amateur Radio License to transmit. And have fun. That's what this sport is all about, meeting people studying for license upgrades and enjoying it. This radio is just that kind of technology. I highly recommend this brand and manufacturer. And remember have fun!

Cool micro radio
Photo shows where you want to solder on the new board to open it up. Thanks Earl Ford for the YouTube video. Not sure how he did the modulation mod, need a microscope to see anything that tiny. Locals tell me it sounds just fine on low and high running off the base antenna. Good little radio for travel or for tight areas a regular radio wouldn't fit. Does get pretty warm even on low, need airflow when running it.

Worth every penny
What can I say about a 10 meters AM / FM radio that can also be used on 11 meters (CB) ? (with solder mod) It is remarkably small and powerful. Only disadvantage is the display only provides 2 digit channels which is OK for 11 meters but in other modes the channels mean nothing. I had to write a chart to map the frequencies to channels. That was more frustrating than it sounds.
