  • Easy to use for tuning antenna designs
Bought the unit after reading various reviews on the web. For the price it seemed to offer good accuracy when compared to lab equipment class units that cost thousands of dollars. I had SMA cables both 'normal' and RP and the gear to make them as needed. Important to have since the unit comes with no cables (other that for charging). Also no manual included, but fortunately they can be found online and there's also videos to refer to. The display is pretty good quality and easy enough to navigate. Would be nice if it had a keypad, but it is still usable without. Overall I'm very pleased with the performance and it can scan across many hundreds of megahertz is just seconds. Highly recommended if you are working with custom antennas, either HAM or ISM band transceivers. I had some so called (ebay junk) 915MHz antennas that performed poorly. Turns out that they are actually UHF antennas being deceptively sold as 915MHz units. The VNA immediately showed up their resonance point as per the attached picture. Put together a prototype Moxon antenna and then trimmed a little of the wires to bring them to resonance at the nominal 908MHz I'm using. See picture. The VNA also makes it easy to measure the impact of dielectric material in close proximity/contact with the antenna element and to adjust the antenna dimensions to compensate. ... show more

  • Broken after 3 months
Worked okay for three months then stopped. No warranty, no assistance from seller. Unit powers up but readings are completely inaccurate. Calibration doesn't help. Not worth the money at this point.

  • GREAT TOOL
Awesome product. Great and accurate. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to not being supplied with necessary adapters for calibration and limited frequency range. Other than that? Nailed it!!!

  • Surprisingly accurate, oscillator very stable.
For a compact Impedance Analyzer, measurement accuracy compared with "professional grade" instruments through 1300Mhz. I use this, and Analyzers like it for designing, building, and confirming the finished antenna (system). Good also for analysis of circuits. The Oscillator output, after 20 min. on time, is stable to 5*10-8Hz (15Hz at 2700Mhz), Frequency accuracy is within specs. It can be used as a signal source for some types of testing. Excellent value. ... show more

  • An Affordable Must Have.Antenna Tool
This is an excellent product. Don’t let the low price fool you, this antenna analyzer is a gem costing far less than other comparable products. Using it is intuitive. The didplay is clear and bright. It operates from 137.5 MHz thru 2.7 GHz a very wide range. Just the ticket to test and tune mobile and multi band antennas. Built in rechargablebbattery and included usb charger/cable completes the package. If you are in the field you can use any LiPo USB battery pack top it off for unlimited runtime. ... show more

  • Doesn’t work
Got it today right out of the box. It won’t work to the buttons are stuck. You have to jiggle the back of the box to unstick the buttons. I must’ve got a bad one. I don’t know. Be careful.

  • Works great
This device is well worth the money. I am very satisfied of this purchase. Using it to see what the antenna is tuned for on LTE 900-930 Mhz range.

  • Nicely done! very useful and handy for carrying than a bulky $4000.0 VNA!
Does not take the place of a $4k VNA but easier to take around and test on the go. Ought to be in every RF engineer tool kit.
