  • GREAT GIFT
Size: With App control
Bought as a gift and love it! The colors are so nice and tranquil. Makes lots of different sounds. Tells indoor temp and time. It was an excellent gift for the price. Very easy to get started. I thought the packaging was kinda cheesy but the quality of product inside was excellent.

  • Too Glitchy to be alarm clocks
Size: With App control
Couple of things. First and foremost set up as a giant pain in the butt. Why it wouldn't automatically sync the time through the app completely befuddles me. Not only that but every time you touch the clock the functions change. So here we are trying to set up colors and sound but if you accidentally bump the clock as people tend to do when trying to move things around the sounds change, the lights change, all of the settings you just worked so hard for change. No worries you can just go into the app and fix it, right? Sure who wants to fix their freaking clock through an app all day long? The reason for my return though, and this is important if you've made it this far in the review is that they are super glitchy. Now for something that's supposed function as an alarm clock which wakes people up for the day, glitches are really bad idea. Take for example today the day after Christmas. I have morning alarm set on both of these clocks for my kids. Verified several times, both of those alarms are turned off in the app. Wi-Fi is on on both my phone and the clocks so I know for sure everything was pushed through. This morning my kid should be sleeping in so imagine my surprise when I hear these damn clocks start to go off in their bedrooms. I could almost chalk that up to use her error, but here's the real problem; the alarms are off by 1 hour. So, yes even though I verified in my phone that the alarms should not be going off because they are both turned off, and yet they are going off, the best part is they are set for 7:00 in the morning, and here it is 8:00 in the morning and both alarms are going off. So it's a good thing they didn't need to be up at 7:00 for anything. I went into their rooms to verify both clocks do in fact say 8:00. So first of all why are they alarming? Second of all why are they alarming 1 hour late? Returning these right now, as I'm not taking any chances on these expensive things moving forward. ... show more

  • Love it! Very sensitive to touch
Size: With App control
This has been so nice as a sound machine and to show the temperature in my baby's room. I can monitor the temperature in the extreme weather months with peace of mind. My only complaint is that the arch is very touch sensitive to changing the sounds and colors which can be a distraction if you're reaching over to grab something and the mood changes. ... show more

  • Fun Alarm Clock
Size: With App control
Love the dual features because it’s an alarm clock and a white noise machine. In addition anything automated to my iPhone these days is a preference. Originally I was going to use this in my room but now I think we’ll try to set it up in the baby’s nursery as she doesn’t like the dark and the noise is advantageous to her sleep, (and therefore ours!) I do wish it came in a darker wood or black finish, though. The team sort of gives it a modern flair. ... show more

  • Nice display and lighting, but annoying design choices and not worth the price.
Size: Without APP control
SUMMARY: Nice, visually appealing clock that gets the job done, but it has too many functionality flaws that make setting up way more tedious and annoying than it should be, e.g. you have to continuously cycle through the light settings to get the one you want, and if you either accidentally change it or skip the setting you want, you can't go to the previous setting and must cycle through all the settings again until you get back to the one you want. Can be quite loud, but could be louder and has poor sound quality with limited options of sounds/alarms to choose from, which also aren't very good either. Barely lights up my small room and essentially acts as a night light even at full brightness, so I'm not sure how the sunrise effect would work out. I was not able to figure out how the sunrise effect works as the manual is hard to understand due to the poor wording and lack of clarification. Not worth 40 dollars at all, only get this if you don't mind overspending and dealing with tedious functions. Ended up returning. I want to like this clock, it's very visually appealing with the light design and sleek but simple style of the display, but man is it hard. I love all of the settings for the light and the feature of being able to set alarms for specific days of the week, but that's about all the positive things I can say about it. Right off the bat, the instruction manual is very vague and has some confusing wording regarding setting up the clock, which was pretty annoying as that also meant it wasn't very clear to me on how the sunrise function worked, so I haven't been able to experience it. As a result, despite the alarm at least being loud enough to wake me up as a deep sleeper, it's still easy for me to just turn it off and go back to sleep like I would any other alarm. The alarm sound options are also not very desirable as well in my opinion and are quite limited, which is kind of surprising considering it's an alarm clock? Most of them are poor quality nature sounds, and personally, I don't want to wake up to seagulls screaming in my ears. The actual 3 or 4 "alarms", if you can call them that, are just sudden music that goes on too long before looping and would honestly be kind of terrifying to wake up to. Only one of them actually sounds similar to a normal alarm sound, but it's still too much of an annoying tune/chime to be considered one. I know some people like waking up to music, but what happened to just beeping for alarms and why isn't that just as much of an option? I also think there could be more sound machine options, especially for noise as it's my favorite and there are only THREE of them. Most of the other options are, again, poor quality nature sounds and then nursery music for babies. The light is not very bright either even at its full brightness and definitely functions as a nightlight, which can be a good or bad thing depending on what you desire. My room is relatively small and it just barely lights it up, so I also fail to see how this would be a good sunrise clock. The functions and design are pretty annoying as well, such as 1. the buttons being way too small and 2. being BEHIND the light, which is very sensitive to touch as touching the rim changes its setting, so if you accidentally touch the rim, you'll have to cycle through ALL the light settings again to get to the one you want instead of simply being able to go back to the previous setting. And for some unknown reason, the sound machine and light are connected, despite the light being able to be turned on/off either by its button or fully cycling through the settings, so to cycle through the sounds, you have to cycle through the light settings until you have the sound you want. Now if you want to change the light setting back to what it was, you have to press the sound machine button to turn off the light and sound, turn the light back on with the rim and cycle through to get the setting you want, then turn the light back off with its button, and finally press the sound machine button again to turn on both the sound and light. And no, ALL of that work cannot be saved as a preset or anything, so when the alarm goes off and you turn it off (which is by, for some reason, turning off the light), once you turn the sound machine and light back on, it will all be reset. So then you have to go through the whole process of putting on the light and sound machine setting you want all over again. This is NOT worth $40 whatsoever, it's worth more like $30 and it doesn't even have a Bluetooth setting like they claim, which isn't a problem for me, but I say this because I've seen cheaper alarm clocks/sound machines with Bluetooth, better quality sound, and more sound choices. The only reason I bought this is for the feature of scheduling alarms for specific days of the week. Nevertheless, it is still a nice clock and gets the job done, if you can handle the annoying set up. I just would NOT pay 40 dollars for this, much less 60 for the app control version. I wouldn't even really completely recommend this clock because of the annoying cycling through settings repeatedly every time the alarm gets turned off, so I'm returning mine. ... show more
