The frame broke after just under 2.5 years and no longer keeps the lens in very well. However, for the price these aren't too bad. If you have lights on behind you they do cause somewhat annoying glare in the lens, but my desktop is rather dark with most monitors under an enclosed shelf. I wear like a 7.5-7.7" hat and these are pretty tight on me. I've tried to stretch them a bit but to little or no avail. I don't want to break the hinges. Definitely do help me fight nausea and fall asleep after late night sessions better.

But I do have one problem the rubber covers that are on the earpieces of the glasses keep slipping off which is a bit annoying kinda afraid I might lose them one day this is the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars.

I never knew that I needed these glasses, until I saw a clip, on YouTube, about the harmful effects of blue light. I'm either on my PC, tablet, or watching TV, and would notice my eyes becoming tired or they're feeling like they are straining. As soon as I wore these glasses, I could tell the difference. My eyes were no longer getting tired or strained. I love the stylish look, and they look good on me. Two wins if you ask me. Save your eyes and get you a pair.
