This watch was delivered quickly, well packaged, and with Easy instructions. I have been using the watch now for 3 months. It charges fast. First last anywhere from 2 to 3 days depending on how much audio I listen to. The speaker on the watch is very powerful and sounds great. It's almost as good as my phone itself. I love the features of being able to separate calls from audio so I can receive calls only on my phone or only on my watch and play audio only on my phone or only on my watch. I am so impressed I give it the highest rating possible. I have four other smart watches that cost much more than this one. This is my favorite. It outperforms all the others. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention that I love the gigantic screen. Thank you so much for a great product! Extremely difficult to maneuver in and out of screens keeps turning off. I searched on YouTube how to keep screen on to no avail. (States) settings > Display > Stay on. I got to the first two steps never seen “Stay on” (you have to be quick doing it or the watch screen turns off) then your back to start over. and yes I fully charged the phone overnight iPhone users, my phone was able to find the watch on my Bluetooth. Once in the app to pair with the watch it then states “Bluetooth” is not on. I could not find the Bluetooth icon on any of the screens within this watch. I maneuvered through some settings and then found myself stuck on a setting that I could not get out of. I no longer could get back to settings. I call customer support advise me to return the watch. Challenged as I maybe I YouTube so much that every video didn’t concur with this particular watch. If you show interest because of its appearance here on Amazon I advise move onto the next. Don’t waste your time and money only to send it right back in less than 24hrs of having it.

I did not owe a smart watch prior and found the set up easy to follow. I have already been using it for a few months and I enjoyed different features and accuracy. The battery life is also good. It’s also comfortable to wear all day, during work and exercise. Happy with my purchase.

It is very light and comfortable. Looks great and works with one issue that I'm going to see if it can be calibrated. The steps counter is way off on mine. I take around 50 steps and it registers over 600. I have my suspicion on why this is but I won't comment for now. I'll update this post once I get in touch with customer service. There is no reason they shouldn't be able to provide a website to pull up on a computer or phone and correct these kind of issue.
