My child LOVES this practice mat! It also has two strong Velcro straps on each end the help hold it in place on carpet. Great color scheme. Firm. Not too thick. Rather thin. Excellent size, bigger(wider than I was expecting but that was a plus for us) Durable only if you have a cat that is declawed-which we don’t so our cat scratched it up a bit and we weren’t happy about that) Overall DEFINITELY worth the money.
