Very good quality, thick and sturdy leather. I've been using this bag almost every day for several months now and am very satisfied with it. Handles are durable, ar least as of now. Laptop fits inside easily, which is very convenient when I need to take it home unexpectedly. The only thing I wish they added is a partition or middle pocket as usually it's quite messy inside my bag.

Everyone loves my bag. It’s nice, big and it holds everything. Slightly heavy but manageable. Love the pocket on the outside and the one on the inside. Easy to carry on shoulder as the handle is long enough.

The bag is gorgeous and big enough to fit everything I need without that overstuffed look. The leather isn’t “unforgiving” as in other comment, but firm and durable, without sacrificing looks. I’ve used it endlessly and it has held up so well, still appears new.
