I used this wallpaper to hide imperfections in a vanity that I’m not ready to replace just yet. The quality of the Ansehan wallpaper is great: the right stiffness and the colors are soothing. It is easy to spread the adhesive on the backside and then attach the paper smoothly on the intended surface. The texture feels nice to the touch. Love it. Easy to use, great color and you can feel the texture in the wallpaper. It’s a heavier wallpaper, not thin or cheaply made. You will have to purchase adhesive separately but glue goes on well and the wallpaper is easily manipulated.

This Ansehan "Droplet" paper is stunning! Our finished project looks beautiful. However, it is a real bear to hang —if hung properly. (Pattern matching the "dots" is problematic.) Beware that this IS a commercial paper and not residential. In order to hang it correctly, you must: 1) reverse the direction of the paper for each panel 2) overlap the edges and cut your own seams. 3) and cut or trim carefully around the plaster "dots" / "droplets" when creating the seams. These measures are likely not required for the papers in the line that are solid grasscloth with no pattern to match. I have hung paper (commercial and residential) for over 40 years. This is the first project I ever hired out to another professional, not even knowing what challenges lay ahead. We were both scratching our heads with the pattern match and the seam overlap. In the process, we discovered that there were imperfections in the pattern that made it impossible to match perfectly in some areas despite our nearly 50 years of collective experience. I'm glad there were two heads to resolve the issues and techniques needed (and a third set of eyes to view from a distance). In addition, there was one panel that would not match either direction. In this case, it was necessary to overlap approximately 8" to create a proper seam. Thankfully I ordered enough paper for the single feature wall that we planned. Again, "Droplets" is beautiful paper, but not for the faint of heart or for a quick afternoon project. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was a first using wallpaper that requires adhesive. First follow the instructions and recommend brand of adhesive. This was one of the quickest installs ever! Peel & stick gives me so much trouble but this was amazing and easy! Make sure to order enough as it does take a while for delivery. ... show more

    • READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS
You need a heavy viscocity adhesive. DO NOT USE powdered mixable adhesive. It wont work due to the heavy absorbent backing. Read and follow the directions closely. Outside that, it's beautiful wallpaper

This has great texture and will be an amazing accent wall. Colors are nice, neutral and warm. Note that it does not come with wallpaper adhesive, but that is clearly stated in the description! Let’s hope my first time hanging wallpaper goes well!
