I'm 54 and this felt risky, but it's an adorable top, and as other reviewers said, the fabric is thick and quality. Wearing a bra in the photo, works ok without one but just not my comfort level. I ordered medium (I'm 5'2, 135 lbs, 34B/36C, normally XS or S in tops) and seems great, especially because I'm thicker in the middle and didn't want it riding up from being too tight around the bottom hem. Probably could have fit into the small as well. Get this top, it's fun! And looks great paired under a denim vest that I also got from Amazon

So cute!!! I love this. Wear it with jeans or a skirt, I use body tape to make sure it doesn’t slide. I would downsize to have a tighter fit.

The media could not be loaded. So far in love with this! The fabric feels nice against my skin and has some nice stretch. It’s not super heavy but also not so lightweight that you can see right through it. I did put on nipple covers as a precaution. I like the amount of fabric in the bust, it gives you control over how high you want to lift the top hem and play with the ruching. They're cropped but not short; I have a longer torso, and they hit just below my belly button which means I can wear them out or tucked into my waistband. I think I may have commented in my video that they didn't feel like they were going anywhere, but that you could wear some garment tape for piece of mind. Well, lol, I'll be adding the garment tape. Bent over in the house to pick something up and had a close call. I ordered it in Large, and maybe the Medium would be a little more snug but I like a little give (and if there's any shrinkage in the first couple of washes). For reference I'm 5'8" 165lbs, about a 38C. I am going to get a lot of use out of this. I feel like it can be more casual or dressed up. I'll likely order more colors, they're versatile and comfortable. You really can't beat the price with their quality.
