If you have thicker thighs, the shorts will not fit wide like on the model. I'm around a US 14-16, got an XL, and the shorts fit snug to my thighs and are also pretty short. The sweatshirt isn't very long either and it's not the measurements given. It just doesn't give the relaxed look I was going for. I also don't think the material is that soft or comfortable - it is a thicker sweat material, yes, and probably good quality for the money, but I can't size up so it'll be a return. The green color is gorgeous though.

I am about 100 pounds and I ordered the extra small and the shorts are extremely baggy. Other than it being large I love it. It is warm, comfy, and casual!!

This set was exactly what I was looking for with one exception. I opted for black and ir definitely faded after the first wash. What arrived was a rich deep black and what I got after the first wash was a lessened intensity of color which was a disappointment. I washed in cold and dried only briefly on low so I didnt have to deal with shrinkage just the loss of color. The fit and feel were and are spot on just wish it was more colorfast.
