It tastes basically exactly the same as the regular mac and cheese but has extra protein. Mind you it's not a crazy amount of protein but way more than you'd otherwise get with mac and cheese. Texturally it's, again, basically the exact same as the regular. It's very slightly more expensive than the regular, but honestly not by much, and if you're making an effort to fit protein into your day and you're really craving Mac and Cheese, this is perfect. ... show more

I am a big fan of this Mac and cheese. I like it as an easy lunch with some peas and love that it has more protein. Easy to cook, intuitive instructions, and not clumpy. My kids joke about crunchy pieces with other Mac and cheese and this does not have it. You cannot tell it’s a higher protein one

I had high hopes for this high protein Mac and cheese. All were great; price, texture, prep time. The flavor profile is just off. The first few bites were marginally good then a funny taste develops and I had to discard the rest. Save your receipt.

Very good my kids love it! There is a mildly stronger salt taste to this. So take a bite first! But I think that of all white cheedar foods.
