This armor is great for any medieval activity. I will admit that if you're bigger than an XL in men, this may not be the right fit. The quality of the metal is great and the leather straps are sturdy. The shoulder armors need a bit of adjusting when you attach them to the armor.     • Worst purchase I ever made
For $200 I expected better quality. It's like that took a blowtorch to a piece of metal and bent it until it looked like it might fit around the torso.

    • Leather straps and rivets.
Once I had received the item and stated to connect the leather straps one of the rivets popped off immediately. Hence, I could not connect the pauldron (shoulder) to the breast plate. Very disappointing. Also, the holes punched in the leather straps are offset, so they do not go down the middle of the strap but are skewed to one side . ... show more
