Aren’t these supposed to come with the edges sewn together, so it’s like a skirt, rather than a sheet? I have to use my old sewing machine to join the fabric to itself.

I checked my Sarang lungies and the borders aren’t stitched. I checked with the local tailor and she said she would charge six dollars for each side that is twenty four dollars for one lunge so for four lungies about ninety six dollars! I have to send them back. A very annoying experience but still my experience with sales associate is very positive and I still respect the prompt and cordial response from the sales Associate! ... show more

These are just unfinished bolts of cloth. They aren't hemmed so just come undone in the washer and dryer. You don't get to pick your colors which might be ok if the ones you did receive were different. So 3 of mine were basically the same. Very disappointed.

    • "Cotton Feel" is not the Same as "100% Cotton"
Although the product is advertised as 100% cotton, the packaging states "Cotton Feel." There is a difference between feeling like cotton--which the product doesn't--and being 100% cotton.
