You can never have too many charging cords around the house. But what I didn’t pay attention to was the type cord it was and thank goodness I had the adapter plug so that I could use it instead of sending it back and re-ordering a different cord.

I’ve bought lots of Anker products over the years and they have all lasted very well. However this time this item failed after a years use. So I remembered that Anker says they back up their products at least 2 years. So before ordering another I filed a claim on their website and low and behold they sent me a new cable in a few days. I love the fast charging ability that these chords provide. I have been using this brand for my iPhone for over three years now. My first chord lasted me 2.5 years before breaking at the charging port bend. However when I purchased this 10ft chord it died out in less then 6 months. I have used it the same way I used my last chord but for some reason this one has just stopped working now visible damage just refuses to charge. I check my base and everything works fine just the chord doesn’t work. When the product is good it works well I think the one I got was just faulty but still plan on buying again!
