I have both the powercore 10000(black usb port) and powercore speed 10000qc(blue usb port). The difference between the 2 is the PC10000 has the Anker Power IQ system to maximize charging speed and the PC10000 speed QC has both the Power IQ and Qualcomm quick charging. There is another anker battery, the powercore 10000 QC(not speed) that has just standard charging and Qualcomm charging and no PowerIQ (I dont have this one but amazon does, it has a green usb port, i wouldnt recommend it because for just a couple $ more you can get the PC10000 speed QC and have both QC and PowerIQ which you will be grateful for everytime you use it on a non QC device.) The best way is to tell them apart is the color coded usb port. I have put both of them through their paces over the past few months including 3 festivals where they were pretty much my only source of power. So first let me start off with this, if you don't have a qualcomm quick charge device then stop looking and buy this battery. Its literally a perfect combination of size, capacity and speedy charging for a ridiculously great price. On top of that ive been an Anker customer for years and they really do stand by their warranty and have great customer service in the even that you do have an issue. (this is really important to me because no matter what brand batteries can be unpredictable and its always good to have a good warranty with them. The Power IQ system actually does make this thing charge faster than most batteries, and a bunch of my wall plugs for that matter. Even on my less intelligent devices I get great charging speeds But its not as fast quick/turbo charging if you have a QC compatible device. It lives up to its capacity charging my massive 4000mah cellphone battery twice with some to spare (this is equivalent to about 4 iphones). Its plastic has a soft feel to its and its rounded corners go well with pockets or even just holding in your hand, its a tough little thing too, survived a few drops already. I love the little pouch it comes with, if you look you can actually read the power level indicator through the pouch so you dont even have to take it out to check it or use it.. Ive used it to charge literally 3 and a half people phones before it finally gave out, run LED strips for DAYS straight, even charge my vape. the only reason to consider anything else in this capacity range would be if you have a qualcomm quickcharge capable device. In that case id recommend checking out the PC speed 10000 QC with the blue usb, its about $10 more and it adds the ability to use high speed quick charging. Ive tested it and it works great, activating quick charge mode and giving my phone a quick boost. The PC speed 10000 QC is roughly 1/4 inch longer than the PC10000 but identical otherwise and its not noticeable unless you directly compare them. Both of these are premium devices at a bargain price so hit buy it now! ... show more

  • Best portable charger that you’ll find for the unbelievable small size and the amount of sheer power it has.
I liked this Anker portable worlds smallest 10,000amp charger that I ended up ordering another one as this small charger will fit in your pocket and yet it’ll still charge your about 7 full tunes before it needs charging itself again. I find this piece of tech to be quite and utterly impressive. I carry one around with me and my other stays in my bed so I can easily charge any of my several too many Apple devices. Before I purchased this one I had always found it to be difficult to find that just you know it’s right type of portsble charger. I can easily and highly recommend that you order at least one if not two as you will in fact find that two of them will in fact serve you so much better as you literally with this much power won’t ever have to be jacked in like the matrix and then be limited when trying to use your device while is jacked in to the charging adapter thus making you have stay in one seemingly to be cramped up position trying to use one of your devices because most all of us have way too many cords that are just simply way to short in the first place let alone trying to utilize your device while jacked in to the matrix and the cable giving you hardly any type of mobility or freedom while it’s jacked in to the adapter that’s jacked in to the wall which in turn just makes for a not so enjoyable experience to even use your device while it’s jacked in to the matrix. Does any of this make a lot of good sense to anyone? If you’ve seen the matrix you still will have no idea what I just explained so bottom line this is a really good piece of tech gear that will serve you best by purchasing two of them due to the incredibly ease of portability from the portable charging method that enables you to be able to make yourself quite portable with your mobility while you are receiving fast charging capabilities from this Anker PoweCore 10,000. By the way I professionally write for a living then on the side I seriously write and review mobile tech in a professional setting for select few mobile tech companies but I don’t write while I’m jacked in to the matrix like I did with this mini review of this really worth getting two of this product to obtain maximum usage and the ability to never have to even worry about having to jack back in to the matrix to retrieve non mobility juice for your several mobile tech devices that you may have. I hope that this jacked in review will end up helping countless mobile tech users to make a well informed non jacked decision about the best portable charger on the market that makes life that much easier to be totally free of the mobile matrix that a lot of us live in and believe to be a reality when in fact it’s just a design flaw built within the matrix to make you think it’s normal to have to jack in all the time when the real reality is you can get yourself two of these and see the real reality of a very well made and useful portable charger made by Anker. :-). My best review that I’ve ever written. Well explained and easy to understand. I wish they all were this utterly clear and everyone could fully understand and realize that this is a great mobile charging device. Possibly the best on the real market. ... show more
