Charged completely when received so it would be fully charged when needed. Held the charge for a long time. Was able to use it once..ONCE! Now it will no longer charge to use again despite all troubleshooting. Maker support site no longer has this product even listed. Now the return window is over and I am stuck with an expensive “disposable” charger. I did research to buy something that was supposedly a “better” product. Very disappointed…will not buy one from Anker again. **UPDATE** I was contacted directly by Anker and they quickly offered a full refund or a new charger to try. I was willing to give it another try. Received in days and it works perfectly! It’s so nice to have such great customer service! I am glad I gave it another try because I loved the size and everything else about it.

This works as designed, however since it uses the USB-C port for both input and output it doesn't work very well with new iPhones. At some point while charging the iPhone the iPhone decides that since it has more power than the Anker unit it should start sending power back the other direction, so then it starts charging the Anker unit from the phone instead of the other way around. I've started using a different charger for my iPhone until things can get straightened out.

I had bought several different portable chargers to compare as we were going to Disney World. Out of all of the different Anker models, we each preferred this particular one. It had the best recharge time, it had the best weight for size, and it also had the best charging time for our Android Samsung Galaxy S22Ultra, S23, and Apple 14 phones. I would definitely recommend! In fact I'm getting more for other family members!

I purchased this for a cruise but I also like to keep a bank with me on a regular basis. I trusted this name since I have purchased other great products from them in the past. Well, this one is terrible! The power bank takes forever to charge and doesn’t hold a charge for more than a few days without using it. I have had other banks that will last months without use and still have plenty of life left. I don’t understand how this one just doesn’t last. Even when fully charged, it will only charge my phone once and then the battery is dead! And my phone usually isn’t past 40% when I go to use this product. Save your money unless you want to buy something that is big, heavy, and doesn’t work on a regular basis.
